Here is what we are doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

- masks and gloves are worn

- hands are sanitised

- all items are washed before being sent out

- returns are not being accepted.
Here is what you can do to prevent the spread of COVID-19: wash your hands frequently, social distance and wear a mask when in public spaces.

We are not currently accepting retunds due to COVID-19 – the return policy has been extended to 60 days.

The information below is our standard policy.

 

We have a 14-day return policy, you can return any item as long as they have not been damaged. We do not pay for returns unless we have sent you the wrong order. If the products you return are in good condition, you will receive a 90% refund. The reason it is 90% and not a full refund, is due to the fact that a lot of time is spent choosing your items, packaging items and personalising everything.

We currently accept payments via PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp. Sales tax is included in the price; however, shipping fees are extra – the price of shipping changes depending on your location and how many items you have ordered. Y

 

our privacy matters to us, our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information. Payments are processed by PayPal, Venmo and Cashapp which have a high level of security on all transactions.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, we will ship it out to you via Royal Mail. Orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive if you don’t live in the UK and you have chosen a standard shipping method. We ship worldwide, so don’t worry about not being able to buy from us. If you are local, we often drop your orders off ourselves, as it saves you money and helps our earth. We will email you tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your parcel. We will also email you a proof of shipping receipt. If you are buying this as a gift and would like it to be gift wrapped, let us know and we will make it extra special!

There may be delays due to COVID-19 and can take up to an extra 2 weeks to be delivered. However we fulfil our orders super quickly so it shouldn't take too long.
